The Highgrove Clubhouse is in high demand. The HOA board wants to be sure that all members of the HOA and neighborhood have access to the necessary clubhouse information. Please check this page often for all information regarding clubhouse scheduling, availability, rules & regulations and rental.

Important News!!
New Rental Procedures – Effective February 23 2010


The Development company has decided that effective immediately, February 23 2010, both the rental fee and deposit fee will be cashed upon acceptance of a rental application. Therefore, it will no longer be necessary to write two checks.

It will take several days to update the on-line contract so be aware that if your on-line contract does not say "UPDATED February 23, 2010" across the top you have an old copy. Use of an outdated copy of the contract or providing two checks instead of one will not prevent your deposit check from being immediately cashed.

Highlights of the new procedures are below. Please be sure you thoroughly read the below and the new contract – including the schedule of fines. (The link to the new contract is below.) You must print out and submit all 6 pages of the contract and Exhibit A (signed and initialed where indicated) in order for your contract to be accepted. If you submit an incomplete contract, you will be notified to resubmit and may possibly lose your desired rental date.

New Procedures Highlights

1. Complete, sign/initial, and submit all 6 pages of the Contract, and Exhibit A, Areas of Inspection – Fines.
2. Exhibit B, Inspection Form, and Exhibit A, Area of Inspection: Fines, will be left on the kitchen bar at the beginning of your rental. You must complete and sign Exhibit B and place in the HOA mailbox (left side of the Clubhouse front door – do not use the US Postal Service mailbox) at then end of your rental. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fine which will be deducted from your security deposit.
3. If you would like to request use of the patio area, complete, sign, and submit Exhibit D, Request For Use of Patio Area. A request for use of the patio area must be submitted with the Contract submission and will be granted by the HOA Board on a case-by-case basis.
4. The rental ‘day’ is broken into 3 time periods – 1) Period 1, 7:00 am – 12 noon, 2) Period 2, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm , and 3) Period 3, 7:00 pm – 12 midnight. You may reserve all or any combination of periods. Multiple rental periods must be in the same calendar day. See the contract for a full explanation. As always, your rental period must include set-up (decorating) and clean-up. There is a $75/hour fine for occupying the clubhouse outside your approved rental time.
5. The renter of record (the name on the rental application) must be physically present during the entire rental period. Should your guests be found in the clubhouse before, after, or during your rental period, your rental will be terminated immediately and you forfeit your entire deposit. In the case of early termination, you will additionally incur all cleaning expenses required to return the clubhouse to pre-rental conditions.
